SYNRGETIC DANCE FIT CLASS

• Class Time -7.00pm - 8.00pm

• Every Tuesday - starting Feb 2nd 2021 (normal school term)

• Fist Lesson is complimentary

• Studio is located at D.S. Goodes Hall – Cnr Yatala Vale and Hancock Rds, Surrey Downs – ENTRY VIA TEA TREE PLAYERS THEATRE - Gate

Classes will cover working on technique and improving or learning techniques in Jazz, Contemporary and some classical skills, as well as the joy and passion of both modern tracks, classical and contemporary music & choreography.  Barre work and Centre work in some classes with exercises taught to improve students technique, also including some great fun flexibility, stretch and fitness exercises. We will also work on a few short routines throughout the Program. Class is open to beginners that are enthusiastic about learning.

​We will also enjoy on a positive mindfulness and the joy of dance and music.  Class is suitable for anyone over 18 encouraging everyone who loves or has in interest in dance and having fun, be able to join in,  striving to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.

What to wear - Comfortable clothing that you can dance in, eg leggings & Tshirt or suitable dance/gym wear, bare feet/socks  or ballet shoes if you prefer, hair is better worn up and out of the way.

​

Ideally class is suited to attending weekly with a brand new program starting every 10 weeks (2 weeks break) - Students do not need to commit to the whole year only per program.

​

Class fees are based on the whole Program and no reduction is given to missed lessons or unable to attend all of the program. (You are still more than welcome even if you are unable to attend all) Weekly payments can be arranged, please contact me if this best suits you.

Payment per Term - $ 140.00 & take a 2nd class for 1/2 price
